Spend your days exploring, playing, and worshiping together, and your evenings sharing stories under a sky full of stars. With a special 4th of July celebration, including great food and festive activities, this weekend will be filled with laughter, adventure, and moments that remind you of what truly matters.

Whether your family is returning to Lakeview or experiencing it for the first time, you’ll find a place where faith is strengthened, bonds grow deeper, and the distractions of the world fade away. Come and get Rooted in faith, family, and the joy of being together.

MEET OUR SPEAKER
Daniel Irving

We’re honored to welcome Rev. Daniel Iriving as the speaker for Lakeview Family Camp 2026! Daniel is a husband to Jean (married 20 years!), father of a 12-year-old son and 16-year-old twin daughters, pastor, and speaker who loves Scripture, the local church, and helping families grow in faith together. He has served as Senior Pastor at Christ Church UMC in Sugar Land, Texas, since 2023, after ministry in Conroe, Huntsville, and as founding pastor of the Journey Worship Community at Memorial Drive UMC in Houston.

Lakeview has been a part of Daniel's story since childhood. He grew up attending camp in middle and high school, served in college with Jean, and now loves watching his own kids call Lakeview home. He's honored to return as this year's family camp speaker and can't wait to explore why life is truly better together in Christ.

MEET OUR WORSHIP LEADER
Wayne Kerr

We’re thrilled to welcome Wayne Kerr back to Lakeview Family Camp 2026! Wayne has been leading worship and sharing God’s message through music since 1995, with more than 16 years of full-time ministry across the U.S. and abroad. Whether leading worship for thousands or speaking to a room of twelve, Wayne brings an authentic passion for connecting people to Christ. He’s led at major events like Resurrection, Student Life Camps, and Youth15—but he’ll be the first to tell you it’s not the crowd size that matters—it’s the heart behind it.

Today, Wayne serves as Artist in Residence and part-time Worship Pastor at Grace Fellowship Church in Katy, TX. When he’s not leading worship, he’s creating original artwork featured in galleries, auctions, and even Buc-ee’s! His book, BRAVING, released in 2022, reflects his deep heart for creativity and courage in faith. Wayne and his wife Kelley have two daughters—and a Great Pyrenees named Bruce.
